How to make tea:
Pour about 3-4 dl boiling water over each bag and let stand covered for 15 minutes. Remove the filter by using a spoon, press out excess fluid from filter, which still contains important flavor components. Flavor your tea according to your choice with honey, sugar, lemon or milk.

Important warnings and useful information:


After two months of regular consumption, skip 1-2 weeks before starting regular consumption again. In case of liver problems, pregnancy and breast-feeding is not recommended.
